A little about me...
For over 25 years, I have supported people through periods of change, challenge, growth, and reflection. Again and again, I have seen that meaningful change begins when we are given the space to think clearly — away from noise, expectation, and pressure.

I have had the privilege of working with people from many walks of life, each bringing their own history, strengths, and story. This has shaped a deep respect for diversity and individuality, and a belief that there is no single “right” way to move forward — only the way that feels true for you.

I believe the opportunity to develop, reset, heal, or grow is available to everyone. Whether you are considering a change in behaviour, exploring new possibilities, navigating a life transition, or simply sensing the need to pause and reflect, movement is always possible.
When we work together, I offer a confidential, thoughtful space where you can step back and breathe. A place to think, to be creative, and to explore without judgement or urgency. From there, we focus gently but purposefully on what you want to achieve — recognising obstacles, deepening understanding, and shaping practical steps toward the future you want.

Alongside coaching, I am an integrative counsellor. Rather than working from a fixed method, I draw from a range of approaches including CBT, Gestalt, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Schema, and ACT. This allows me to respond to you as an individual, adapting our work to what will support you most.

I listen carefully — not only to what is spoken, but also to the patterns, assumptions, and influences that may be shaping your experience. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to move forward on your own terms.
Because ultimately, this is your space, your pace, and your journey.

Why Clients Choose to Work With Me

People often come to me when they are looking for something more than advice — when they want to feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported while they make sense of where they are and where they would like to be.

Some are drawn to the balance I offer between coaching and counselling. At times we may focus on clarity, direction, and practical change; at others, there may be value in slowing down, exploring emotional patterns, or understanding the deeper influences shaping your experience. Having both perspectives allows our work to be responsive rather than formulaic.
Clients frequently say they appreciate the calm, grounded nature of the space we create together. There is no expectation to arrive with the “right” words or a clearly defined goal — we begin wherever you are.

Others value the breadth of experience I bring. Over the years, I have worked with people navigating transitions, loss, professional change, relationship challenges, questions of identity, and the quiet sense that something in life needs attention, even if it is not yet fully understood.

Above all, our work is collaborative. Thoughtful, respectful, and paced in a way that feels manageable. My role is not to direct your path, but to walk alongside you — offering insight, gentle challenge, and steady support as you move toward the life you want to live.
